Red Snapper Season Opening in October
Planning to harvest red snapper?
You must obtain a harvest authorization code before you leave the dock. Account setup instructions will be emailed to you. Once registered, you will declare your trip in VESL and obtain a harvest authorization code before you go. Following your trip, complete the declared report within 24 hours. Previously declared trips must be completed before a new authorization code is issued.
Season opening October 9, 2026 through October 22, 2026.
